Nambu features various bar snacks such as fried chicken, tempura, sashimi, sushi, and hotpots, allowing diners to enjoy food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Inspired by Japanese izakaya culture, the restaurant’s decor creates a leisurely and comfortable ambiance, with a wood-based design that is warm and tranquil. At the entrance, a taiko drum sets a traditional Japanese festival mood.

和食鍋物定食

近日天氣轉冷,Nambu 的「和食鍋物定食」,正好為食客提供增添溫暖的選擇。定食共有3 個套餐選擇,且分為前菜及鍋物兩部分。前菜部分多以海鮮入饌;如蟹肉茶碗蒸、精選壽司兩貫、海膽清酒煮鮑魚等。選用新鮮肉類和海鮮,搭配昆布湯、壽喜燒及香濃蝦湯3 款湯頭。香濃蝦湯由3 個品種的蝦熬製而成,帶出香、甜、濃三重細緻口感。餐廳也提供多種優質肉品及海鮮選擇,包括日本和牛三角肉及美國安格斯牛。和牛油脂柔嫩且呈大理石紋,肉味濃之餘入口即化;加上採用本地農場直送的時令野菜,為鍋物增添清新健康的元素,暖暖鍋物確為轉冷的天氣帶來一絲舒適溫暖。

Japanese Hotpot Set Meal

As the weather turns cooler, Nambu’s “Japanese Hotpot Set Meal” offers a warming option for diners. There are three set choices, divided into appetizers and hotpot sections. The appetizer section features seafood dishes such as crab meat chawanmushi, two pieces of selected sushi, and sea urchin sake-cooked abalone. Fresh meat and seafood are paired with three types of broths: kelp broth, sukiyaki, and rich shrimp broth. The rich shrimp broth is made from three types of shrimp, creating a fragrant, sweet, and rich flavor. The restaurant also offers a variety of high-quality meat and seafood options, including Japanese Wagyu chuck roll and American Angus beef. The Wagyu beef has a tender, marbled texture that melts in your mouth, complemented by seasonal vegetables sourced directly from local farms, adding fresh and healthy elements to the hotpot. The warm hotpot truly brings a touch of comfort and warmth to the cooler weather.

松葉蟹釜飯

除了和食鍋物定食外, 近期正值蟹季,Nambu 推出的全新時令「蟹宴一人前」套餐,涵蓋7 道菜式,前菜三點蟹膏豆腐、沖繩水雲醋物和香脆鱈魚片,賣相精緻之餘,味道亦頗具特色。食過前菜和刺身、壽司後,迎來蟹宴一人前的主角松葉蟹甲羅燒釜飯,這道釜飯可謂童叟無欺,釜身細細卻很深,因此分量亦頗多,鮮嫩的松葉蟹肉和濃郁的蟹膏置於蟹蓋上炙燒,烤後香氣四溢,層次c更加豐富,搭配以生米和高湯一同炊煮的釜飯,彈牙之餘且極為鮮味香口。

Matsuba Crab Kamameshi

In addition to the Japanese Hotpot Set Meal, Nambu has recently introduced a new seasonal “Crab Feast for One” set menu, just in time for crab season. The set includes seven dishes, starting with appetizers such as crab roe tofu, Okinawa mozuku vinegar, and crispy cod fillets. Not only do these appetizers look exquisite, but they also offer distinctive flavors. After enjoying the appetizers, sashimi, and sushi, the highlight of the “Crab Feast for One” set is the Matsuba Crab Shell Grilled Kamameshi. Despite its small appearance, the Kamameshi pot is quite deep, providing a generous portion. The tender Matsuba crab meat and rich crab roe are placed on the crab shell and grilled to release a rich aroma, enhancing the layers of flavor. Combined with rice and broth, this Kamameshi is both chewy and exceptionally flavorful.

Seasonal Japanese Ingredients

When enjoying the Japanese Hotpot Set Meal or Crab Feast for One, diners will first savor the chef’s selected sashimi or sushi. The sashimi is made with seasonal seafood, including tuna belly, golden-eye snapper, and Japanese sea urchin, all flown in fresh. The restaurant offers a diverse selection of sushi, using rice from Hokkaido’s Matsubara Rice, cultivated with snowmelt water, and complemented with Japanese seaweed. Each piece is made to order, ensuring freshness. Many of the chef’s sashimi, sushi, and rolls are garnished with 100% Japanese-brewed yuzu soy sauce. The signature Nambu Sushi uses top-quality ingredients, featuring smooth sea urchin, burst-in-your-mouth salmon roe, and melt-in-your-mouth tuna belly tartare, providing a lasting, fresh taste that sushi lovers will appreciate.
