Gaia Group was founded in 2000 with a view to introducing authentic dining experiences to Hong Kong.
Since its inception in 2000, Gaia Group has followed a planned expansion strategy to ensure each of its brands is carefully nurtured and that the restaurants maintain the stipulated high standards.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, the Group now owns and operates a string of western fine dining, casual dining and Chinese restaurants.
Over the past 16 years the Group has grown to a portfolio of 34 restaurants with multiple themes in different locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. With its track record of success, the Group is now poised to extend its footprints to South East Asia, with two restaurants, Townhouse and Wang Jia Sha, being slated to open at Siam Paragon, Bangkok in 2017.

The Group offered its first ever gelato experience with the opening of Petite House at Times Square in Hong Kong.

The Group modernized its Wang Jia Sha dining concept with the introduction of new menu and ambience at Wang Jia Sha (王家沙花樣年華). This new dining experience shares the same venue as Greyhound Café and a brand new Greyhound Café Thai-Pas Bar at Midtown in Causeway Bay.

Greyhound Café opened its 7th restaurant in Hong Kong, at New Town Plaza.
