Gaia Premier Member can get reward points by spending in all restaurants under Gaia Group. Only dine in spending by electronic payment can get reward points. After you upload all receipts and electronic payment slips, you will receive the points.
How can I upload the receipts?
You can ask for restaurant staff’s help in uploading the receipt after payment. The staff can directly add the points to your member account by scanning the QR code in your membership card and uploading all receipts and electronic payment slips.
Or you can upload the receipt via Gaia Premier within 3 days. You can press the receipt icon on the top right hand corner. By filling in the details, uploading the receipts and electronic payment slips, you will receive points within 7 working days after verification.
How many points can I get each time?
Gaia Premier Members can earn 1 POINT for EVERY HK$1 spent at all Gaia Group Restaurants throughout the year.
Why do I upload the receipt but still have not received my points?
The points will be added to members’ accounts in 7 working days if you upload the points manually. You can also check the receipt status by pressing the button in the top right hand corner of Gaia Premier.
How can I check the number of points accumulated?
You can press the button in the bottom right hand corner to check your available points in the member account.
How can I upgrade my member account to a higher tier?
Gaia Premier will be automatically upgraded to Gold member by earning 9,000 points in the first month after registration and become Black member by earning 30,000 points within a month. Members who earn 200,000 points in 12 months can become VIP members.
How long does the membership card valid for and how can I renew the membership?
The Gaia Premier Pre-member and Gold is lifetime. Gaia Premier Black and VIP accounts last for one year. You need to earn 100,000 points and 200,000 points in 12 months to renew the Black account and the VIP account respectively.
When will my points expire?
Points are valid until 31st December of upcoming year.
How can I redeem rewards?
You can click the gift box icon at the bottom and select the reward. Points will be automatically deducted after confirmation. You can find all the rewards in “My Rewards” and redeem the offer by showing the QR code to staff for scanning to enjoy the offer.
How can I redeem my birthday dessert?
There will be a cupcake symbol on the member card during your birthday month. You can click the gift box at the bottom and redeem the “Birthday Sweet Surprise” with 0 point. You can enjoy the dessert upon any spending at any Gaia Group restaurants. You can only redeem this voucher once.
