How can I earn reward points?
How can I upload the receipts?
You can register via Gaia Premier APP within 3 days after your visit with below options:
- Scan the QR code on the receipt (at the bottom), if the receipt is valid, the points will be added to your account in 24 hours.
- Register the information and upload the restaurant receipt including electronic payment slips, you will receive points within 7 working days after verification.
How many points can I get each time?
Gaia Premier Members can earn 1 POINT for EVERY HK$1 spent at all Gaia Group Restaurants throughout the year.
Why do I upload the receipt but still have not received my points?
The points will be added to members’ accounts in 7 working days if you upload the points manually. You can also check the receipt status in "History".
How can I check the number of points accumulated?
You can open the Gaia Premier APP to check your available points in the member account.
How can I upgrade my member account to a higher tier?
Gaia Premier will be automatically upgraded to Gold member by earning 9,000 points in 3 month after registration; Black member by earning 20,000 points within 3 month; and Diamond member by earning 30,000 within 3 months .
(You can also check the points required to upgrade membership tier by the progression bar in Gaia Premier APP.)
How long does the membership card valid for and how can I renew the membership?
The Gaia Premier Member is lifetime. Gaia Premier Gold, Black and Diamond accounts last for one year. You need to earn 20,000 points, 30,000 points and 40,000 points in 12 months to renew the Gold, Black account and Diamond account respectively.
When will my points expire?
Points are valid until 31st March of upcoming year.
How can I redeem rewards?
You can go to “Rewards” at the bottom to see every available reward. You can check “My Coupon” in the homepage for your redeemed rewards after confirmation. Please redeem the offer by showing the QR code to staff for scanning while ordering the food to enjoy the offer.
