K11 MUSEA 深明大眾對美食的熱愛與對物超所值的追求。因此,商場最近在 B2 樓層的 Food Playground 引入了5間全新餐飲店,務求滿足不同客群的飲食需求,為食客提供更多選擇。

K11 MUSEA understands your love of food and pursuit of value-for-money dining options. Therefore, the mall has recently introduced five brand-new restaurants on floor B2, known as the Food Playground, to cater to the diverse dining needs of different customer segments and offer more choices for diners.

K11 MUSEA 希望將 Food Playground 打造成集休閒、輕鬆、娛樂於一體的場所。5間新開業的餐廳融合了中、西、日、韓及港式料理,滿足顧客對美食的不同喜好。

K11 MUSEA hopes to turn the Food Playground into a place that combines leisure, relaxation and entertainment. The five new restaurants offer a blend of Chinese, Western, Japanese, Korean and Hong Kong cuisines to satisfy customers’ varied food preferences.

牛魔王之選 Beef Ba

牛爸以肉食作為主調,採用傳統烹調方式,以香港人熟悉的鐵板餐牛扒吸引食客目光與味蕾。牛扒採用澳洲頂級牛肉,鐵板牛柳入口軟滑,咀嚼富有彈性,飽含肉汁,脂肪含量較低;T-Bone一邊西冷一邊牛柳,兩種不同的肉質及風味同時享受。再淋上以超過10種香料精妙搭配而成的秘製醬汁,準確控溫,確保油脂分布均勻,肉質嫩滑,入口即化,並以鐵板現烤呈現,讓食客在現場就能欣賞到牛扒的色香味全,絕對是牛魔王的必試之選。

Beef Ba focuses on meat dishes, using traditional cooking methods to feature the popular Hong Kong-style sizzling steak that appeals to the taste buds. The beef uses premium Australian meat. The sizzling beef tenderloin is soft and tender, with a springy texture and juicy flavor, and relatively low fat content. The T-Bone steak offers the experience of both the sirloin and tenderloin, two different textures and flavors. Topped with a secret sauce made from over 10 spices, the steak is cooked at the exact temperature to ensure even fat distribution, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The on-the-spot sizzling presentation allows diners to enjoy the aroma, appearance and taste of the steak, making it a must-try for steak lovers.

爆汁小籠包 Dim Sum Box

點心盒帶來地道的上海和廣東點心風味。以一口生煎小籠包作為主打,餡料選用新鮮現切豬肉和新鮮蔬菜精心調配,加上外皮軟嫩彈牙,皮底焦香酥脆,一不留神就會「引爆」包內的汁鮮甜味。每日賣出超 過100份,穩居店內銷量第一。點心盒另設多款廣式點心及蒸飯,不論在調味還是蒸焗的火候都拿捏得剛剛好,既有豉汁味,又能嘗出一陣麻辣香味,務求讓食客感受到一盅兩件,永恆不變的心意。

Dim Sum Box offers authentic Shanghai and Cantonese dim sum. The signature dish is the one-bite pan-fried soup dumpling, with a filling of fresh-cut pork and vegetables, wrapped in a soft and chewy skin with a crispy bottom, which can “explode” with fresh and sweet juices. Selling over 100 portions daily, it is the best-selling item in the restaurant. The Dim Sum Box also offers a variety of Cantonese dim sum and rice dishes, with just the right seasoning and cooking time, delivering both the savory soy sauce flavor and a hint of spiciness, providing diners with an eternal classic dim sum experience.

限量100碗蝦湯拉麵 Jiro Ramen

次郎拉麵採用傳統日式工藝,以當地優質食材熬出濃厚湯頭,搭配有勁的麵條,呈現出正宗日式拉麵風味。菜單上共有3款湯底可供選擇。香濃燒大蝦海老湯拉麵每日限量100碗,以3個品種的蝦熬製的濃湯,帶出香、甜、濃,再配上即燒大蝦,一試難忘。而味自慢灸燒豚肉拉麵就採用自家製日式叉燒,慢煮4小時,配上24小時熬製的骨湯,味道濃而不膩,清甜爽口。慢煮雞肉拉麵慢煮6小時,溫度控制完全地保留雞胸的嫩度及肉汁,要在尖沙咀食到日式拉麵,次郎拉麵可謂性價比之選。

Jiro Ramen uses traditional Japanese culinary techniques to simmer a rich soup base using premium local ingredients, paired with firm noodles, presenting an authentic Japanese ramen experience. The menu offers three soup base options. The Grilled Prawn Ramen in Prawn Soup, limited to 100 bowls per day, is made by simmering three types of shrimp to create a flavorful, sweet and thick broth, served with freshly grilled shrimp. The Grilled Pork Ramne uses homemade Japanese-style char siu, slow-cooked for 4 hours, paired with a 24-hour bone broth, delivering a rich yet refreshing flavor. The Slow-cooked Chicken Ramen, slow-cooked for 6 hours, perfectly preserves the tenderness and juiciness of the chicken breast. For authentic Japanese ramen in Tsim Sha Tsui, Jiro Ramen offers great value.

香港情懷 Hong Kong Tea Cafe

茶餐廳作為香港獨有的飲食文化,可以找到各式各樣的美食佳餚。而濃郁的茶香中,就能體驗香港茶餐廳的獨特魅力。港式奶茶要做到香醇,要用上多國茶葉萃取與純正荷蘭牛奶相遇,混合雲呢拿籽香味,打造非一般口感,順滑細緻,滋味再三回味。沙嗲牛肉麵與乾炒牛河採用新鮮牛肉,皆因與外間茶餐廳不同,仍能食到牛肉的鮮味,更是難能可貴。

Immersed in the aromatic tea, one can experience the distinctive charm of Hong Kong cha chaan teng. The Hong Kong Style Milk Tea is made with a blend of various tea leaves and pure Dutch milk, infused with the fragrance of vanilla seeds, creating a smooth and refined texture with a lingering aftertaste. The satay beef noodle and the dry-fried beef rice noodle use fresh beef, which, unlike regular cha chaan teng, still retain the fresh flavor of the meat, making them a rare find.
